The Art Factor 2014, Trip to The New Art Gallery Walsall to see Chiharu Shiota Exhibition, 25 January 2014

Criw Celf (previously The Art Factor)

Criw Celf (‘The Art Factor’) project is aimed at pupils from secondary schools in Powys. Criw Celf is a programme of visual arts events for pupils who have been selected for the project because they are ‘More Able and Talented’ in the Visual Arts. As part of Criw Celf, the pupils - who are aged between 14 and 19 - will be working with established artists in masterclasses; visiting university Art Departments, Galleries and Artists’s studios. The project’s aim is to encourage these pupils to take the next step in their arts career – to opt for ‘A’ Level Art and maybe even a Degree in the visual arts.
