The ODG Lecture and Meeting Room is hired out to groups from across Wales and beyond who take advantage of the Gallery's central location, clean and modern facilities and excellent catering.

Facilities

Our Room Hire facility suits a variety of meeting, training and conference needs. With room for up to 40 people (lecture format) and 25 people (boardroom style) we aim to make your event and experience a success.

Venue hire

Other areas of the building, including the main exhibition galleries may be available for hire at certain times in the year and for special occasions. Please contact Amanda Farr, Director well in advance on 01686 625041 or Email: amanda@orieldavies.org to discuss your requirements.

Equipment

A range of equipment is available for use which include digital multimedia projectors, slide projectors, OHP's and flipcharts. Please note that all equipment must be requested in advance. download equipment charges >

Catering and refreshments

During normal opening hours, Oriel Davies Cafe can provide beverages and a buffet lunch in the meeting room.
